Communicating a Community of Care

The Challenge

Kudos Services are a unique provider of disability services for children and young people. In 2018 they were spun out of government and are South Australia’s first employee owned mutual in the disability sector.

This employee ownership is only part of what’s special about Kudos, but as a young organisation, they needed help to get their story out in a crowded marketplace with some very large competitors. They asked Freerange to help devise a campaign to help promote their therapy services.

The Solution

Kudos pride themselves on their community of care, the special relationships between their staff, their clients and their families, we created the ‘Kudos to…’ concept to share this community with the world.

To truly understand the impact Kudos Services has on the community, we showcased two clients and their special relationships with their carers. The outcome was a beautifully raw and emotional campaign full of heart and soul.
