We investigated new colours and fonts, and created a new modern and accessible brand identity based on a rising sun, representing opportunity and equality. Graphic elements were developed to maintain consistency across all communications.
The website was designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, with high contrast visuals, clear typography, and an intuitive structure. The sitemap was tailored to address the needs of two primary audiences: organisations and individuals. A custom grant submission system was incorporated to streamline applications, while the design ensured accessibility and clarity without compromising on visual appeal.
The updated brand and website provide JFM Fund with the tools to communicate their work effectively and support their inclusive mission. The accessible design helps raise awareness, enables a broad audience to make grant applications through multiple means, and promotes a clearer understanding of their funding priorities.
Freerange Future was an absolute pleasure to work with on the redevelopment of the JFM Fund website and brand. Their expertise, creativity, and collaborative approach, combined with their patience, attention to detail, and supportive attitude, resulted in a beautifully designed, accessible website that perfectly reflects our organisation’s vision.
