We used our five phase Heartways methodology for this project. Each step is enriched with resources and deep knowledge from our database of personas, benchmarks and best practices we’ve developed from nearly two decades working for community impact organisations.
Helping Hands new website guides users seamlessly through their aged care journey. A key priority for this website was to simplify the often overwhelming introduction to the aged care process, navigating bureaucracy and accessing services, as well as providing better customer service tools. To support these goals we developed a best-practice accessible and user-friendly website, collaborating closely with the Helping Hand team as they tested the site at every step of the process with stakeholders. , Within this best-practice site we installed a chatbot system and supported Helping Hand to introduce it to their support team, we collaborated closely with their IT team to create a booking tool for residential care tours and a designed and built an interactive homecare package builder that enables the user to design a bundle of services to best suit their lifestyle and keep them at home, longer. This simple, practical calculator is also a great lead generation tool.
Future proofed and fully responsive, the site ensures an optimal experience across all devices and helps to set the tone for a supportive and rich relationship with Helping Hand.
