Helping Hand is a highly respected South Australian not for profit that offers a range of aged care services including home care, retirement living and residential care.
Helping Hand came to Freerange to explore how they might effectively communicate the full breadth of their service offering in a way that embodies their compassion and values, without a hard sell.
In response to this goal, we developed Unspoken Truths – the story of Richard and Jolanta, a retired couple who are supported by Helping Hand during the later years of their lives. A series of films follows them on each step of their journey, from home care, right through to palliative care. We produced the six part series with a talented team of local actors and filmmaking professionals.
The films were shown online, in doctors waiting rooms and on cinema pre-roll and were complimented by a broad media campaign and a set of print resources to help families navigate the challenges and conversations of ageing.
