Positive feedback helps us celebrate what’s working and continue delivering great outcomes. We also recognise that experiences can sometimes fall short of expectations. If you have a complaint or a more serious grievance, we genuinely want to hear from you — so we can address the issue appropriately and make things better where possible.
A complaint may relate to service quality, communication, timelines, or general concerns.
A grievance is more serious and may involve ethical, contractual, or behavioural concerns.
