The Mill play a vital role in South Australia’s arts environment. Part co-working, part event space, part incubator The Mill is home to more than 30 arts practitioners. In 2019 they underwent a strategic review and appointed a new leadership team.
Freerange were asked to help The Mill clarify their positioning and messaging so that their value to the community was appreciated and their offering understood. We worked with them to simplify and refine their brand identity, on a new tagline and a design system that enables them to promote their large and evolving program with ease.
The Mill’s strategy and repositioning work has been transformative in helping them strengthen and grow for the future.
